Once you have entered an agreement with a driver/customer Vanload.co.uk holds no responsibility for job completion although we are keen to monitor client activity and try and ensure a smooth service. Payments for job completion will take place between the driver and customer and Vanload.co.uk has no control over these events. As a customer once you have chosen a driver to do your job you are obliged to complete that agreement and as a driver you are obliged to complete the agreement for the price origianlly stated by the customer. Any misuse of the website or inapropriate behaviour will result in users being barred from using the site.
